  • If you wish to use images then they must be high-resolution to ensure high-quality crisp printing.
  • Design My Tent (Free) comes with 1 concept and 1 additional revision. Additional revisions and customization options are available at an additional cost.
  • We recommended providing us with accurate layout details including background colours (Pantone or CMYK) and details for each item as per your order such as Tent Roof, Valance, Walls etc. It will help us to provide a quick design turnaround.
  • You may use our Layout Sketch Sheet to draw and supply us for our designer to use as a starting point.
  • Free Design does not cover creating brand logos.
  • Design files created by Branded Canopy Tents won't be shared while or after the order is processed.
  • Production turnaround time is considered from the date of the artwork approval. We recommend keeping extra few days for design setup and submitting your order accordingly if you have a tight deadline.

Printing has to be decided before production starts that is the one thing you cannot add later. Everything else , walls, accessories, or weighted bases can be added to a future order without replacing your tent. Yes. The commercial-grade frames in every Build Your Own option are designed to accept walls and accessories at any point after your initial purchase. Order your base canopy today and add a backwall, side walls, or weighted bases whenever you need them, the frame supports every configuration we offer without any modifications.
The Build Your Own collection covers 10x10 (Summit), 10x15 (Galaxy), and 10x20 (Glint), plus a base shelter option for minimal setups. All three sizes are also available as blank canopies if you want the frame now and the graphics later. Pick your size based on your booth allocation, display needs, and how many people will be working inside the tent at a typical event.
Upload your artwork or request design help from our team. We build a full digital mockup showing your logo, colors, and graphic placement across every panel you are printing. You review it, request any changes, and approve it before production starts. Printing uses dye-sublimation with Pantone color matching, what you approve is exactly what gets printed on your finished tent, every time.
You can't print directly onto an existing blank roof panel. The fabric is pre-made as a solid color and isn't designed to receive print after production. However, if you decide you want your logo later, we can supply a custom-printed replacement roof that fits your existing frame perfectly. You keep the commercial-grade frame and simply swap the canopy top. It's the most cost-effective upgrade path, and our team can help you spec it out when you're ready.
Yes, identical build quality. We use the same commercial-grade anodized aluminum frames, the same 600D polyester fabric, and the same structural engineering across both blank and custom products. The only difference is the absence of printed graphics. You're not getting a lighter or weaker version of our tents when you order blank.
Yes. Every blank canopy package includes the heavy-duty frame, the solid-color roof, a wheeled roller bag for transport, and a stake kit for anchoring on soft ground. Some packages also include weight bags or sandbags for hard-surface stability, check your specific package listing for what's included. If you need additional accessories, we stock them all separately.
We currently stock white, blue, black, and red. All colors use UV-resistant fabric that holds its tone in direct sun and doesn't fade noticeably over a season of outdoor use. If you're unsure which color suits your setup best, our team are happy to help you think it through.

Yes. Our anodized aluminum frames won't rust even after sustained rain exposure or damp storage between events. We do recommend letting your fabric dry fully before rolling it into the carry bag after a wet event . It keeps the fabric in top condition and prevents any mildew build-up during storage.
