What is the cutoff time to qualify for same day production?+
Orders submitted with approved print-ready artwork before 12:00 PM local time qualify for same-day production. Anything submitted after the cutoff moves into the next morning’s production run. To avoid missing the window, have your files prepared and uploaded before placing the order.
Can I make design changes after placing a rush order?+
Design changes after order placement can delay product and may push your delivery past the rush window. Contact our team immediately if a change is needed. We can accommodate minor text or color edits before the file goes to print.
Does rush production cost more than a standard order?+
Rush production carries a priority fee that covers expedited scheduling and dedicated press time. Shipping upgrades for overnight or 2-day delivery are priced separately.
Can rush orders be shipped directly to my event venue?+
Yes, we ship rush orders directly to any address, including convention centers, event venues, hotels and pop-up locations. When shipping to a venue, include the event name, your contact name and the move-in date in the delivery instructions.

Rush orders start at a single unit. They are ideal for replacing one damaged piece before an event. Orders above a certain volume may require a 48- hour lead time rather than same-day.
